Shipping policy

At Island Fresh Natural Juices, we are committed to delivering fresh, homemade juices directly to your door. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle deliveries, timelines, fees, and limitations.

Delivery Area

  • We currently hand-deliver only within a 30-mile radius of Orlando, Florida

  • Orders placed outside this delivery zone cannot be fulfilled at this time

Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are made Sunday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM

  • Customers will receive a confirmation email or text with an estimated delivery window once the order is processed

  • We do not guarantee exact delivery times but will make every effort to deliver within the scheduled window

Delivery Fees

  • A delivery fee will be applied to all orders within the 30-mile radius depending on your location.  Please enter your area code to calculate the fee on the product description page.

Order Processing

  • Orders will generally be processed within 48 hours of purchase

  • There will be a 50 bottle maximum limit on large orders per week
